Evolving Towards Harmony: A seven week yoga series themed around the 2nd Limb of Yoga – the Niyamas.
Follow the path of yoga inward to wholeness, your natural state. This safe and guided practice will leave you feeling good in your body, more deeply connected with your inner knowing, and with skills to harness the power of your heart and your mind.
Each class includes:
Alignment oriented asana (yoga poses) Intentional attitudes and focus themes Breathing techniques Mindfulness and meditation Connection with a group of people coming together to uplift wellbeing
Appropriate for all levels, whether you’ve been intimidated to try yoga, or are a seasoned practitioner looking for a complete approach to yoga and wellbeing.
